Location and Grounds Berlin

It is very important for us to have exhibition grounds which help you realise your aims. For this reason we are always incorporating advances to meet the challenges of trade fair business today and in the future. The Messe Berlin Exhibition Grounds have a lot to offer:

• An interlinked network of 26 fair halls covering a display area of 160,000 m². Several trade fairs can take place together, or cover the entire grounds - in each case partitioning off display areas is easy. A flexible signage system makes it possible to direct visitors as the individual events demand.
• A building directly linking the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds with Europe's largest congress centre, the ICC Berlin, makes it easy to combine a trade fair and congress.
• Everything on the exhibition grounds is close at hand, the exhibitors' service centre, catering, conference rooms and offices - our service facilities are always within reach.
• Arriving at the grounds is easy and stress-free. Direct access to the grounds from one of the world's best public transport systems means that getting here is always quick and presents no problems. An urban motorway close to the centrally located exhibition grounds provides a direct link with Berlin's international airports. A total of 12,000 parking spaces are available on and around the grounds. There are taxi ranks, underground/ light rail stations and bus stops next to our entrances. Berlin's public transport system will take you swiftly and in comfort to the destination of your choice.
• Double flooring and a utility grid inside the halls where heavy exhibits are displayed ensure direct and easy access to water, electricity and gas. There is also access to digital communications everywhere in the hall, making it easy to plan and vary stand layouts.
• Ground surfaces are level at the entrances to almost every hall, to which vehicles with a maximum axle load of 8 tonnes are allowed access There is practically no need for heavy goods lifts - minimising exhibitors' time, money and the stress factor.
• You can even display rail vehicles on our exhibition grounds, which feature a rail track site 3,000 metres in length.
• The Summer Garden is a special attraction on our grounds. Covering 10,000 m², this large open space can be used for displays, as a venue for events, or simply as a secluded area. All passageways linking individual halls offer direct access to the Summer Garden.
• Various locations on the grounds have wireless access to the internet, allowing exhibitors and visitors to send e-mails and surf on the web.
