Marshall-Haus

Marshall-Haus

This architectural gem designed by Bruno Grimmek is ideally situated at the centre of the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

This unique building was opened in 1950 for the German Industries Exhibition and was used by the USA as its pavilion. It was erected on behalf of the US High Commission, who named it after the serving Secretary of State, General George C. Marshall. It has enjoyed protection as a listed building since 1988 and was re-opened for the IFA in October 2008 by Messe Berlin following extensive renovation.
